Weather

Rain and very windy, with storm Fergus due to arrive late afternoon.

I had a strides session to do. So, I went out mid-afternoon before storm Fergus arrived. It was still quite breezy. I ran down to Chepstow Road and did the strides there. My back is still aching after last week’s Pilates & Yoga.

My Westward Ho! payment to the Waterfront via booking.com went out today (LOCC 178.00)

I ordered some Liqueur chocolates, presents for Paul and for Anne & Robert.

Next – domestic Christmas cards to be written.

I am watching the film “The Other Zoey” on Amazon Prime.

Football on TV

There was some Premier league on TV. I watched a bit of Spurs v Newcastle.

Tomorrow is the School (year 6) Christmas Concert

Monday 23 October 2023 Weather Typically, Autumn I weighed in and I lost 2.5 lbs last week. I must press ahead with a strict keto regime. I did Pilates at 09:15 with Claire. It felt a bit better this week. I had a short nap around lunch time. I did the Greyhound / Farmwood loop but it was a real struggle. Really tight hips and glutes. I have joined Caldicot Swimming Club. There is a South Wales Masters event on December 2 nd and 3 rd . Lorraine & Denise think that I could compete.
