Light cloud and quite breezy

 I have had a reply from the GP Surgery. I am on the list for a follow up appointment with Lisa. A medical note costs £40 apparently. However, I can have my appointments records for free.

 Football tonight on TV is Aston Villa v Sheffield United. I have wrapped the remaining presents except for one tea towel.

 I went to Jim Oliver’s and collected the Rib of Beef.

 I watched one and a half episodes of Spaced on C4. I also watched the weekenders (Vic & Bob) which was surreal and not great.

Monday 23 October 2023 Weather Typically, Autumn I weighed in and I lost 2.5 lbs last week. I must press ahead with a strict keto regime. I did Pilates at 09:15 with Claire. It felt a bit better this week. I had a short nap around lunch time. I did the Greyhound / Farmwood loop but it was a real struggle. Really tight hips and glutes. I have joined Caldicot Swimming Club. There is a South Wales Masters event on December 2 nd and 3 rd . Lorraine & Denise think that I could compete.
