Weather

A sunny day is forecast with a temperate around 9 – 10 degrees C.

I weighed in at 11:12, a loss of half a pound.

My back is still aching.

I had Pilates in the morning followed by the school Christmas Concert. I met Zoe at Tabernacle Drive at 13:00.

I got a delivery of Liqueur chocolates, presents for Paul and for Anne & Robert today.

Next – domestic Christmas cards to be written.

Next - Swim Wales / Medical Note - outstanding

I am watching the film “The Other Zoey” on Amazon Prime.

Football on TV

There was a League one match on SKY. Pompey v Bolton – Pompey won!

Monday 23 October 2023 Weather Typically, Autumn I weighed in and I lost 2.5 lbs last week. I must press ahead with a strict keto regime. I did Pilates at 09:15 with Claire. It felt a bit better this week. I had a short nap around lunch time. I did the Greyhound / Farmwood loop but it was a real struggle. Really tight hips and glutes. I have joined Caldicot Swimming Club. There is a South Wales Masters event on December 2 nd and 3 rd . Lorraine & Denise think that I could compete.
