Rain through the day possibly easing off a little early evening (6 pm ish).

Sainsbury’s delivery set up for next Thursday at 17:30 – 18:30.

Today I had Pilates with Claire. I then stayed on for Yoga with Katie at 10:30. Katie was covering for Chris.

ISF dividend was announced today.

Westward Ho! payment to booking.com due tomorrow (LOCC 178.00)

I posted the Canadian Christmas cards plus a tea towel for Catherine & Pierre.

Check training schedule (parkrun tomorrow?)

I finished watching the film “Meet Cute” on Amazon Prime and started watching The Other Zoey.

There is a championship match on SKY - Coventry v Birmingham – Cov were leading 1 – 0 at half time.

Monday 23 October 2023 Weather Typically, Autumn I weighed in and I lost 2.5 lbs last week. I must press ahead with a strict keto regime. I did Pilates at 09:15 with Claire. It felt a bit better this week. I had a short nap around lunch time. I did the Greyhound / Farmwood loop but it was a real struggle. Really tight hips and glutes. I have joined Caldicot Swimming Club. There is a South Wales Masters event on December 2 nd and 3 rd . Lorraine & Denise think that I could compete.
