Typical Autumn

I am feeling quite poorly. I got very little sleep last night due to abdominal pain, trapped wind and bloating.

I slept for an hour in the afternoon before I went to swimming. I took paracetamol and ibuprofen before I went swimming. I felt better after swimming.

I came home and had a steak. I shall have more pills before I go to bed.

I have an appointment at Beechwood surgery on Wednesday with the practice nurse.

Monday 23 October 2023 Weather Typically, Autumn I weighed in and I lost 2.5 lbs last week. I must press ahead with a strict keto regime. I did Pilates at 09:15 with Claire. It felt a bit better this week. I had a short nap around lunch time. I did the Greyhound / Farmwood loop but it was a real struggle. Really tight hips and glutes. I have joined Caldicot Swimming Club. There is a South Wales Masters event on December 2 nd and 3 rd . Lorraine & Denise think that I could compete.
