Weather

Forecast is hot and sunny. It seems quite humid.

I slept for seven hours. I went down to breakfast quite early (just after 07:00). I had breakfast of melon, pineapple, yogurt, ham, cheese, two eggs and a roll and butter with a pot of tea.

I went back to my room for more sleep. Then I went to the pool for a swim. In the afternoon, I walked along the seafront for a bit. I had a beer and crisps. I got the bus to Pescara. I drew some money out. I had pizza, red wine and water. I got the bus back and had two bottles of beer at the hotel. I also had a protein shake.

I was very tired and my left hip was aching.

I had an early night

Monday 23 October 2023 Weather Typically, Autumn I weighed in and I lost 2.5 lbs last week. I must press ahead with a strict keto regime. I did Pilates at 09:15 with Claire. It felt a bit better this week. I had a short nap around lunch time. I did the Greyhound / Farmwood loop but it was a real struggle. Really tight hips and glutes. I have joined Caldicot Swimming Club. There is a South Wales Masters event on December 2 nd and 3 rd . Lorraine & Denise think that I could compete.
