Weather

A big storm arrived late morning, it was cold and wet for most of the day.

I could have left Montesilvano on the 08:00 number 2/ bus. However, a big storm was forecast and I was feeling quite weary. I decided to have a day at the hotel instead. I went for a swim before the big storm arrived and I relaxed in the afternoon. I went across to Civico 01 in the evening for my meal. I am getting better at low carb and a two meal a day plan. However, I do have bread with my evening meal (it is free) and I do have some beer and crisps. Tomorrow my favourite Gelateria and Restaurant are both closed so I will need to think of something else.

Monday 23 October 2023 Weather Typically, Autumn I weighed in and I lost 2.5 lbs last week. I must press ahead with a strict keto regime. I did Pilates at 09:15 with Claire. It felt a bit better this week. I had a short nap around lunch time. I did the Greyhound / Farmwood loop but it was a real struggle. Really tight hips and glutes. I have joined Caldicot Swimming Club. There is a South Wales Masters event on December 2 nd and 3 rd . Lorraine & Denise think that I could compete.
