I did my first "run" since my Patella tendonitis flare-up. I just did a lock-down lap with the intervals as programmed on my Garmin workout. I had a little wobble with a tight calk during the warm up. My lack of fitness was admirably on show (it was a real struggle). However, I am embarking on a health reset. So, together with my fitness rebuild I am going keto.
Today was my first zero alcohol day and a day where only 30 grams of carbohydrate was consumed.
