 I did the Bramley 10 mile road race. I went off a bit quick (I was tailing Sonja and Ellis Breese). So, 9:30 pace for the first five miles then 10:30 pace for the slightly more difficult second half of the course. Also there were.. Chris & Julia Davies and Steve Goodwin from Winchester.

Monday 23 October 2023 Weather Typically, Autumn I weighed in and I lost 2.5 lbs last week. I must press ahead with a strict keto regime. I did Pilates at 09:15 with Claire. It felt a bit better this week. I had a short nap around lunch time. I did the Greyhound / Farmwood loop but it was a real struggle. Really tight hips and glutes. I have joined Caldicot Swimming Club. There is a South Wales Masters event on December 2 nd and 3 rd . Lorraine & Denise think that I could compete.
